IT that just works, so your team can get on with the job

Hands-on support that gets to know your setup, keeps your email and accounts running, and picks up when you call. No ticket queues, no account managers, no jargon.

Where to start

Start with a chat

Doing this for a living

What I do

Three things, done properly

Take one, take all three, or start with whichever is hurting most. However we work together, you get it written down so it does not live in my head.

Everyday Microsoft 365 support

Someone who owns your email, files and accounts day to day — new starters set up, leavers closed off properly, licences kept to what you actually use.

  • Email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive looked after
  • Starters and leavers handled the same way every time
  • Licences reviewed so you stop paying for seats nobody uses

Keeping your accounts secure

The unglamorous work that stops a stolen password becoming a bad week: multi-factor set up properly, access rules that fit how your team really works.

  • Multi-factor authentication rolled out and kept working
  • Access rules that block the risky stuff, not your staff
  • Old accounts and stale access cleared out regularly

Automating the repetitive stuff

If a job gets done by hand every week, it gets scripted. And when something keeps breaking, it gets traced back to the real cause instead of patched again.

  • Routine admin scripted so it runs on its own
  • Recurring faults traced to the root and fixed for good
  • Written up, so anyone can pick it up after me

Portfolio

Things I have built, not just looked after

Websites and internal tools alongside the day-to-day IT work. Client names are kept out unless the site is public, but what was built and what came of it is exactly as delivered.

  • The Andrews Kitchens homepage: a photograph of a fitted kitchen beside a dark panel reading 'Your kitchen, rebuilt around how you cook', with buttons to send a photo on WhatsApp or request a free quote.

    Web app

    Andrews Kitchens

Site and lead pipeline for a fitted-kitchen specialist working across Johannesburg and Pretoria. Every price question routes to a quote request rather than a number, because each job is priced after an on-site measure — enquiries land in a database and trigger an automated follow-up.

    • Next.js
    • React
    • Supabase
    • Resend
    • Zod

Quote requests captured, stored and followed up automatically

  • The Activo Transfers homepage: a headline reading 'Transfer service in the Dominican Republic' over a photograph of a plane, beside a chat-style panel asking for a pickup date to start a quote.

    Web

    Activo Transfers

Website and booking flow for a transfer company in the Dominican Republic running airport, hotel and VIP runs. The homepage opens with a chat-style quote that asks for a pickup date and hands the enquiry straight to WhatsApp, with destination guides bringing in search traffic.

    Issue management system

A small IT team was running its whole workload out of spreadsheets. I built them a proper system for logging jobs, owning them and seeing what was actually taking the time.

Background

Ten years of this, not ten years of slides

I have supported a 300-person trading floor, a treasury software platform, a school across three sites and a fully remote workforce. Same job underneath: keep people working and stop the same problems coming back.

Innocent Mojela

Microsoft 365 & Entra ID Engineer

I have spent ten years keeping other people's IT running — mostly Microsoft 365, accounts and access, and scripting away the jobs nobody should be doing by hand. With Omnicore you deal with someone who knows your setup, not a call centre.

Simple plans

Three ways to work together, priced before you commit

You will know roughly what it costs after our first call, not after a month of discovery. Pick the one that fits and we can change it later if it stops fitting.

The usual choice

Monthly support

For businesses with no IT person of their own, or one who is stretched.

  • An agreed number of hours each month
  • A named point of contact, reachable directly
  • A short monthly note on what was done and what is coming
  • Rolling month to month — 30 days notice, no tie-in
Talk about this

A fixed job

One-off project

For a move to Microsoft 365, a security tidy-up, or a build that needs doing once.

  • A fixed price agreed before anything starts
  • What is included, written down in plain English
  • Progress you can see, not a black box
  • Everything handed over at the end, documented
Talk about this

A short piece of work

Second opinion

For when you have IT covered but want someone to sanity-check it.

  • A look over your setup and where the gaps are
  • Findings in writing, worst risks first
  • A view on quotes you have been given
  • Someone to call if it goes wrong

Tied in?
No
30 days notice, any time
Monthly support runs month to month. If it is not working out, give me 30 days and that is the end of it — no exit fee, no argument.
Insured?
Yes
Professional indemnity & public liability
Both held in the company name. Happy to send the certificates over before you sign anything.
How soon?
About a week
From first call to starting
A call to understand the setup, a written note of what is included and what it costs, then we get going. No month of discovery first.
If you leave?
You keep everything
Documented, not locked away
Passwords, scripts, notes and how-tos are yours and stay yours. Whoever comes next can pick it up without starting over.

Get in touch

Tell me what is going wrong, and I will tell you if I can help

There is no sales team here. This goes straight to me, and I answer it myself.

    What happens next

  1. Process steps
  2. You send a few lines

Roughly how many people, what you are running, and what is annoying you.

We have a chat, usually within two days

Half an hour, no charge, no pitch. Just working out whether I can help.

    You get it in writing

What I would do, what it costs, and what is not included. Then it is your call.

Checking me out

Fair enough — you are handing over your IT. Everything here you can check yourself before signing anything.
